| Mostly memories is committed to your satisfaction. If any purchase
fails to meet your expectations, please return the product to us. You
may return all items from Mostly Memories within 30 days from the purchased
date. Customer pays for return shipping costs unless item is damaged
or a mistake was made by Mostly Memories. If for some reason it was
our fault, we will pay the return shipping cost. Please enclose a copy
of the invoice/packing slip, the product and the original packaging
in your return. If you are exchanging, the product must be unused and
in resalable condition. We do not accept returns sent COD Only
